Senior Officer, Digital Marketing (Creative Content)
Job Purpose
The Creative Content is responsible for producing compelling and persuasive copy for the bank's marketing and advertising materials. This includes writing content for the bank's website, social media platforms, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and other promotional assets. The Creative Copywriter works closely with the marketing team to develop creative and impactful messaging that resonates with the bank's target audience and supports broader marketing and branding initiatives.
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Develop creative and engaging copy for the bank's website, including homepage, product pages, blog posts, and other web content
- Write compelling social media posts and captions for the bank's various social platforms
- Craft persuasive email marketing content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action
- Produce copy for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and direct mail pieces
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new campaign ideas and messaging
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand messaging across all written communications
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in copywriting and content marketing
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure high-quality, error-free content
- Measure the performance of written content and provide recommendations for improvement

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree, major in Marketing, Business Admisnistration, Economics or relevant fields.
Professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing và Communications, of which 2 years in Digital marketing;
- Having been working in bankingvà finance industry or MNCs is preffered.
Foreign Language
- Business English standard of proficiency as required for the role
