Senior Officer, Business Performance Analysis and Planning (40000933)
Job Purpose
The job holder is Responsible for interact, coordinate with other Divisions, regions and other relevant parties in analyzing, providing data, monitoring business performance of individual staff/branch/sale channel and monitoring headcount budget and actual fluctuation in staffs for all units in Division
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Implement the tasks: to build and allocate business plans and sale plans to units.
2. Monitor and synthesize the annual business results of Branches/Regions compared to the plan with a full range of indicators from input to output.
3. Provide reports of warning data on units that have not achieved good results; sales results of individual forces sold for them take action to improve
4. Run the results and analyze the sales productivity of sale forces
5. Build Omni's headcount and allocate to Branches/Departments in Omni while monitor personnel fluctuations, managing the headcount of units.
6. Run model results of project indicators periodically and report tracking action plan results of teams.
7. Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the Manager, Business Performance Analysis and Planning
8. Ensure the activities of the members of the department comply with internal policies, regulations, processes, guidelines ... and service quality agreements (SLAs).
9. Strictly comply with the Bank's Labor Regulations
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications:
- University degree or higher with majors: Banking and Finance; Foreign Trade; Economy or related field…. (Priority for appropriate specialty; Training abroad)
- English proficiency: according to the Bank's policy in each period
Domain expertise:
- At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector
- Computer literacy: able to use office và finance/ banking softwares
