Senior Expert, Business Development - Region (40000602)
Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for participating in the following roles to implement the retail business development of the region as assigned, through:
- Participate in business planning to achieve the goals of the region in charge by giving opinions based on analysis and evaluation of cross sections.
- Actively coordinate with the Senior Manager, Business Development - Region and members of implemetation business programs and campaigns in the region in charge.
- Participate in organizing business promotion activities through the enforcement team in the Region.
- Proactively implement and propose activities to ensure performamce of the sales productivity and business efficiency of the region and business units.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Participate in regional and branch business plannning:
- Give opinions and basis for analysis of business opportunities, assess resources, productivity, ... when making business plans on the whole region and guide units to make business plans, sales plan and implementation.
- Actively participate and propose ideas to implement business programs / solutions from Head Office to business units or ideas to implement business in the region to achieve the goals.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Business Administration:
1. Manage the performance of sales and services of the unit / sales force:
- Participate in the construction and allocation of business plans / KPIs of PFS line to industry / sales force / sales support force with the contribution of well-founded comments.
- To guide, supervise and manage the implementation of KPI in PFS line of the Region / Branch as assigned by Senior Manager, Business Development - Region
- Participate in the process of communicating the results of periodic KPI assessment of Region / Branch / Sales force / Sales support force to continuously maintain and promote the motivation of front-line forces to increase sales and achieve higher goals
- Participate in the development and implementation of detailed business solutions, tools, and business programs based on the orientation of the business program framework according to customer segments, products, to promote the efficiency of the region / branch/ Sales force / Sales support force
2. Support to promote business results at branches:
-Manage the force of enforcement to promote sale, ensuring efficiency and uniformity in the process of implementing sale promotion activities in regions and branches.
- Regularly give ideas to develop and implement regional sales promotion programs, optimize the performance of sales channels / forces, to meet customer needs, accordingly with CVP selected.
- Take responsibility according to the assigned scope in the synchronous implementation of standards, models, processes, management tools and sales promotion to achieve high sales efficiency while ensuring Service Quality and Satisfaction customer heart before / during / after sale

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor - Major: Economy / Finance / Banking / Marketing / Business Administration
- A master's degree or higher is an advantage
- English proficiency: TOEIC 405
Domain expertise:
- Minimum 12 years of working experience in a similar position (related to sales, management and sales promotion in the banking and finance sector for the retail segment.)
