Officer, Operational Risk and Compliance Assurance (40000832)

Job Purpose

- Control compliance and operational risks of products and services in the segment in charge, ensure Techcombank's regulations and laws, protect the Bank's and customers' legitimate rights and interests.
- Control operational risks at business/operating units under the Division in charge (including compliance control)
- Consult business/operating units on compliance/regulatory/financial crime issues. '

Key Accountabilities (1)

- Support the implementation of compliance management policies and tools at Division by Region/Area level
- Implement the plan to inspect and assess operational risks and compliance violations at Division
- Support the assessment, handling of violations, compliance cases at the Division, proposal of control measures for personnel of the Division.
- Support the development and implementation of programs to improve compliance / operational risk capacity at the Division, improve the effectiveness of internal control
- Support activities of inspection, examination, investigation and verification of incidents, reporting and handling of events and issues of operational risk within the Region
- Other tasks as assigned

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Banking / Business Administration
- Master's degree or higher is preferred
Experiences
'- Minimum 3 years in the position related to financial analysis / credit / market research, marketing of finance and banking
- Working experience related to corporate customers is preferred
English proficiency
Mimimum TOEIC 550 or equivalent
