Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for performing a variety of administrative activities including secretarial dutires, ordering of supplies, scheduling appointments and travel, responding to information requests, preparing reports as well as providing events and meeting support.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Administrative Support
- Schedule and manage meetings, calls, and other meetings
- Manage database files, store official documents, related papers, contracts and documents
- Arrange to print, scan or photocopy documents as required at the unit
- Prepare documents for meetings, business trips
- Welcoming, guiding experts and guests as assigned
- Enforce established internal policies, regulations and procedures within the organization
- Answer questions by phone, email or face-to-face - to the extent allowed
- Take notes in the meeting minutes, take notes on reminders of superiors
- Prepare meeting rooms, print documents (if any) before the official meeting takes place
- Store approved documents as assigned

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- A Diploma certificate or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Management or a relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role providing administrative support
- Strong organization skills and able to juggle multiple competing tasks / demands
- Able to work independently, exercise judgement and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Meticulous and pays attention to details
- English standard of proficiency as required for the role
