Job Purpose
- The job holder implement communication plans and messages according to the bank's business strategy and brand on assigned external communication channels/segments.
- The job holder monitor, evaluate and measure implementation effectiveness.
- The job holder building and strengthening cooperative relationships with media agencies.
- The job holder synthesize data, analyze and forecast in periodic reports on external media trends in general and changes in the collaborators segment, the external media area in charge by month/quarter.
- The job holder risk management of external communication in the press.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Deploy media plans and messages to strengthen the brand's position in the press:
- Participate in the development of external communication plans and manage the implementation of external communication activities in the area, in accordance with the business strategy and brand orientation of the bank.
- Prepare the Bank's Press Releases and ensure the news is widely reported in the media.
- Act as the focal point to receive and respond to the press, communicate information in the area, coordinate in the implementation and supervision of the implementation of the brand promotion strategy through external communication activities to build and strengthen the brand image in the assigned area.
- Ensure the effectiveness and creativity in PR communication activities, thereby building the bank's brand position in the press and in the public.

2. Build and strengthen cooperation relationships with media agencies - Managing brand risks in the press
- Synthesize data, analyze and forecast and make periodical reports on external media trends in general and changes in the collaborators segment, the area of external media in charge by month/quarter.
- Responsible for proposing and implement activities to build and develop strong relationships with media agencies.
- Supervise the monitoring of media information and implement the management plan when necessary with the media agencies in the area.

3. Management and operation of communication channels to the press
- Update general information about the press and the Bank's Board of Directors on the website.
- Manage, monitor and implement the department's budget according to the approved limit.
- Ensure department's activities comply with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines... and commitment to service quality.
- Perform other related tasks at the request of the Head of Corporate Communication.

- Work with units across the line to build content for articles/press releases/foreign media projects.

- Handling cases of risk or occurrence of communication crisis with relevant press units.
- Work regularly with news management partners on media channels to have effective prevention and response plans.

- University or higher

- At least 7 years of experience in related field
