Senior Officer, Organization Development (40001424)
Job Purpose
The job holder will support the planning, implementation and monitoring of strategic projects in organization development across the organization. The job holder will consult and partner with talent management and other human resources functional teams to support employee engagement, organizational performance and change management initiatives.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Organization Development
- Serve as a subject matter expert to support the development and implementation of organization design and development initiatives, organization culture and process improvements.
- Pursue and deploy best practices employee engagement and experience surveys, programs and events.
- Partner with functional teams within Human Resources to build and deliver the employer brand for the organization.
Key Accountabilities (2)
- Participate in design and implementation of the Employee Value Proposition initiative to deliver positive net promoter scores (eNPS).
- Support the design and execution of corporate initiatives for mindset and behavior changes for accelerated growth and high performance.
- Refine competency models that drive organizational performance and support organizational values.
Key Accountabilities (3)
- Assess and refresh performance management framework and processes to deliver on business strategies and expected outcomes.
- Develop performance analytics mechanisms to monitor organizational and individual performance against established goals and objectives.
- Deploy effective change management activities for success implementation of organizational programs.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organization Psychology and Development or related disciplines
- Professional certification from CIPD, SHRM, ATD and other reputable human resources organizations is preferred
- At least 7 years of experience in Performance Management, Organization Design or Change Management
- Knowledge of banking and financial services, technology/ fintech start-ups is preferred
- Experienced in instructional design methodology, change management frameworks and organization design methodologies
- Experienced with talent management and employee engagement survey systems
- Business English standard of proficiency as required for the role
