Senior Officer, IT Operations (40001120)

Job Purpose

The Senior Engineer, IT Operation is responsible for daily operating IT infrastructure/applications/services, ensuring all services meet SLAs committed to business; deploying and integrating infrastructure systems from small to large, from simple to complex to meet all the needs of the bank's IT infrastructure service provision.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Responsibilities in operating the system on Cloud-AWS

• Monitor and report the daily operating status of the system and services.
• Report system status.
• Update system operation documents. Manage and update CMDB for the system
• Research and deploy solutions to optimize operating costs on Cloud-AWS
• Improve work processes to improve operational efficiency
• Perform special operational tasks: Handle incidents, problems, perform backup testing

2. Other responsibilities:

• Participate in technology projects as assigned.
• Participate in handling technology risks as assigned.
• Perform other tasks as required by management levels.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

1. Degree: Bachelor's degree in telecommunications electronics, software engineering or information technology

2. Professional knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of Cloud-AWS infrastructure, understanding of network functional components in a large enterprise.
• Have knowledge and understanding of Devops such as Python, Ansible, Jenkin, Git, TFE,.... is big plus

3. Experience

Working experience in the field of infrastructure operations/CloudOps: at least 4 years

4. Foreign language (English): according to TCB's regulations in each period.
