Job Purpose
Implement IT Change control process including planning for Change, Change impact analysis, Change approval, Change implementation and communication, and Change review and reporting
Statistics, report on the proposal and actual implementation to find the weak points in the process of new deployment
Drive continuous improvement on the supplier's quality management system, process capability, measurement system, and product reliability by providing training, coaching, continuous improvement projects and programs, etc.
Maintain and continuously improve quality management systems.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualification:
University degree or higher, majoring in finance/economics/banking/business administration/technology
English language proficiency at the intermediate level
Demonstrated experience supporting change management strategies and plans
Qualifications in ITIL - ITSM/COBIT expert are advantages.
Experienced in implementing IT Gorvernance framework
Experienced in managing IT processes such as change management, incident management, and problem management..
