Senior Officer, Financial Crime Compliance Surveillance and Investigation (40001526)
Job Purpose
Executing surveillance and investigation, analyzing and reporting suspicious transactions and other types of reports to the authorities as assigned to ensure compliance with regulations and prevent risks for the bank
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Perform investigation, analysis, and evaluation of customers/customer transactions using various internal and external systems and databases ensuring risk identification and appropriate risk containment measures
- Assess the level of customer's suspicion, the level of risk of the transaction/customer, and assess the impact on the Bank's business
- Collecting information, documents, reports for relevant levels/stakeholders according to regulations and storing investigation/assessment results reports, and preparing case files with necessary supporting documents
- Ensure Investigative Activities are carried out within the SLA and uphold security standards
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the leaders
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Graduated from university majoring in Law, Economics, Foreign Relations, Finance - Banking, Business Administration
- Experience: Minimum 03 years => 5 years of experience in related positions or 02 years of experience in the fields of investigation and compliance monitoring
- Foreign language (English): Minimum TOEIC 600 or equivalent
