Key Accountabilities (1)
Main Responsibilities
- Planning và orienting application development. Supervising, assigning, reviewing to ensure the quality of application operation implementation in order to achieve the goals set out in the strategy of developing information technology application solutions to serve the whole bank.
- Orient, analyze and evaluate new technology application trends at the whole line in order to update the appropriate roadmap and standards.
- Coordinate with business units to understand requirements và business development strategies as the basis for developing strategies for developing information technology application solutions to serve the whole bank
- Coordinate with IT units to develop strategies for developing information technology application solutions to serve the whole bank.
- Orienting, monitoring và supporting the implementation of investment projects, developing technology solutions to serve the whole bank
Key Accountabilities (2)
Risk management and compliance
- Risk identification and self-assessment of the department's risks during operation, Planning to deal with risks and coordinating
- Coordinate with related units to develop methods of measuring, assessing and mitigating risks.
- Ensure department operations comply with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines, etc. and service quality commitments (SLAs)
Other responsibilities
- Participate in setting standards for application solutions for the purpose of guiding and controlling in providing sustainable, flexible and effective technology solutions.
- Participating in the development of policies, regulations, processes and guidelines on application solution development
- Perform other tasks as directed by Manager
- Lead members to participate in the building of the bank's organizational culture

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Communicate team and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to team members
- Manage team performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the team
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at sub- function level
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications
- University degree or higher, majoring in finance/economics/banking/business administration/computer science
Work Experience
- Minimum 8 years in related field
- At least 4 years in management position
Foreign language
- English Level 3 (TOEIC = 650 - 699) / or according to TCB's regulations in each period
Other requirement
- Have a solid knowledge of application systems serving the operation of the whole bank
- Experience in managing a team of more than 20 people
