Senior Expert, Business Development - Segment (40000606)
Job Purpose
The job holder responsible to manage all the business opportunities of different customer segments through the consulting channels of RBG Division through:
- Manage all portfolio/ leads of potential customers of the targeted segments;
- Plan, design and/or implement business solutions (including business programs and campaigns) for targeted segments following Omni channels strategy in all sales channels;
Key Accountabilities (1)
Manage the assigned portfolio/ leads of potential customers of the targeted segmentation:
- Manage the assigned portfolio/ leads of potential customers of the targeted segmentation for discovering, choosing business opportunities; and/or
- Collecting the suggestions of business opportunities from business units; and/or
- Coordinating with Solution Development teams to identify/ choose the business opportunities of each segment, sub-segment
for achieving business targets from time to time.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Plan, design and/or implement the assigned business solutions (including business programs and campaigns) for targeted segments following Omni channels strategy in all sales channels
- Build the plan of the assigned business programs implemented for each channel.
- Build and update the action plans for realizing the business plan.
- Lead the initiatives proposal/ solutions for business development.
- Design, develop or join the multifunctional teams for designing, developing the assigned solutions for the choosen business opportunities including the business programs/campaigns
- Coordinate with Product Solution team to build, implement, manage the assigned product solutions for effective implementation.
- Choose the channel/ omni-channels for implement the solutions.
- Propose to Capacity Development team the capacity requirement for sale forces/ channel to implement the assigned product solutions and monitor the implementation, decide the acceptance criterias.
- Provide guidance for the assigned solution implementation following customer journeys in omni-channels.
- Monitor, stimulate the assigned solution implementation.
- Track, measure the assigned solution implementation result.
- Provide feed-back to Solutions Development Team for optimizing the solutions and/or optimize the self-developed solutions.
- Coordinate with functional teams in providing comment and deploying sale and service models.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts in Economics / Finance / Banking / Marketing / Business Administration
- Priority given to having a master's degree or higher
- Foreign language: minimum TOEIC 405 or equivalent
Domain expertise:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in related field (sales, sale management and promotion, product development, customer service, in the banking and finance sector for the retail segment)
