Key Accountabilities (1)

  • Support Project Manager (PM) in planning project management, budget reporting, progress reporting, risk and issue management, project change management, etc.
  • Support PM in coordinating project implementation and supervision at the Division: Communicate with relevant stakeholders to handle project implementation tasks, support monitoring and supervision of project implementation tasks
  • Support PM in developing and operating management standards and project implementation processes
  • Support PM in transferring/receiving results and deliverables implemented in the project
  • Organize regular/ad hoc meetings of PM with project owners (Sponsor, project owner) and/or stakeholders during project implementation at the Division. Prepare logistics for meetings, record/document meeting decisions and monitor the implementation of decisions
  • Prepare and store project-related documents as required
  • Support PM in best applying project management principles and methods
  • Maintain regular relationships and enhance engagement among project members
  • Identify and analyze risks, implement risk management to minimize project risks and related issues to avoid delays or losses during project implementation
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

  • University graduate, preferably in human resources, banking, economics, finance
  • 1 - 2 years of work experience
  • Good communication, presentation skills (EN, VN),
  • Eager to learn, hard-working, careful
  • Time/progress, work quality management in projects, understanding agile working model
  • Thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly responsible in work
  • Ability to work independently or work with many people
