Key Accountabilities (1)
Product Development and Delivery
- Define the product vision and identify growth opportunities to deliver on the customer value proposition.
- Draw conclusions from customer insights to develop innovative product feature requirements and enhancements.
- Draft key objectives and results as well as apply data related to the product for business decisions.
- Take charge of defining solution epics, user stories and specific business acceptance criteria with cross functional development team.
- Collaborate with designers for best in class front-end user journeys, wire-frames and overall user experience.
- Solve product-related problems and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track with committed deliverables.
- Oversee tasks related to product launches and co-create high impact marketing plans for go-to-market implementation.
- Analyze new technology opportunities and other new market trends.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of business requirements, add security and business contingency requirements in collaboration with security experts.
- Take accountability for business efficiency, profit and loss for the product/solution offerings.
- Adopt and embrace Agile/Scrum practices during the product development process/life cycle.

B. Product Marketing
- Manage specific tasks related to product launches (roll out to user groups, locations, etc).
- Identify high impact marketing interventions and lead their implementation.
- Work with team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks, conduct post mortem and root cause analysis to help squads continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in banking/ finance or business management discipline
- 5 years of relevant experience in product development in a financial institution, with 2 years of experience with credit cards & unsecured lending solution
- English proficiency requirements are pursuant to Techcombank's policy.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing communications with senior leadership team in an organization
