Job Purpose

- The job holder is responsible for utilizing the Bank’s digital solutions to orchestrate campaign journey and personalize customer’s digital experiences.

- The job holder is responsible for developing analytics dashboards to monitor performance, success and test opportunities of campaigns.

- The job holder strengthens audience engagement, digital platform traffic and revenue by exploiting various digital channels and analytics.

Key Accountabilities (1)

Campaign journey orchestration and personalize customer’s digital experiences

- Refine, configure, schedule, and launch owned multi-channel campaigns based on requester’s requirements.

- Create, configure, and launch A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalized experiences

- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.

- Maintain detailed documentation for test setups, methodologies, and outcomes to deliver comprehensive reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.

Key Accountabilities (2)

Performance Analytics

- Track website traffic flow, consumer patterns and response rates, campaign performance, conversion rates and provide regular performance reports for business decision making.

- Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools and suggest solutions to boost online presence.

- Establish measurable goals, measure conversion rates, cause experiments and improve Conversion Rate.

- Identify new opportunities for testing and personalization to enhance user engagement. 

Key Accountabilities (3)

Audience Management

- Develop and maintain detailed audience profiles by analyzing demographic, behavioral, and transactional data.

- Design and implement audience-specific campaigns to achieve marketing and business objectives.

- Track the performance of audience-based initiatives, develop visual and written reports to communicate key metrics, trends and provide actionable insights. 

- Recommend new approaches to enhance audience engagement and data utilization.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain Expertise

- More than 3 years of experience working in a professional Digital Marketing position or similar function. Agile/Digital Experience

- In-depth understanding of marketing departments (including marketing communications and digital marketing such as SEO and social media) and market research methods. - Experience in data analysis and use of marketing tools.

- Proficient in MS Office software, marketing software (such as Adobe Creative Suite và CRM) and SEO tools (Website Analytics, Google Adwords...).

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools.

- SQL syntax, Logical/Conditional Operation

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics for Business or related field.
