Manager, Business Analysis (40000038)
Job Purpose
- The job holder responsible for application development: directly consulting and analyzing development requirements from business units, ensuring complete and effective conversion of business unit requirements into requirements for application.
- The job holder responsible for user support: directly support users in daily activities, ensuring users' problems are handled as quickly as possible, meeting their business needs.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Reporting and Documenting
- Understand business processes to transform business needs and requirements into documents, process diagrams and wireframes to support product development.
- Analyze, create, validate end-to-end business processes and detail functional specifications for required applications.
- Recommend modification and improvement of business processes and frameworks to operate more efficiently.
- Participate in user testing activities and make documentation and manuals for business.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Research and analysis
- Collect market trends and internal data to conduct business analysis and provide recommendations and improvements to the business unit.
- Develop informative and factual reports that highlight business trends, forecasts and improvement opportunities.
- Stay up to date on technology changes, shifting trends, and analyze internal data sets to provide holistic information to stakeholders.
- Identify and interpret trends and terms from data sets and build forecasts and recommendations based on market information and business data.
Management of stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and improve processes by leveraging organizational data to drive business solutions.
- Identify and communicate to stakeholders insights into possible opportunities and obstacles based on collected market data..

- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Communicate team and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to team members
- Manage team performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the team
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at sub- function level
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or business administration
Work Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial institutions and 2 years in a management position
- Extensive experience in researching and analyzing market trends and business processes
- Experience working on multiple projects at the same time
- Experience writing SQL queries and using data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience in identifying potential problems and risks by conducting gap analysis, understanding and reviewing criteria
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing business results, competition and trends (SWOT analysis, market share assessment)
- Experience in Agile Product Development and a good understanding of Agile principles and practices as well as Scrum methodologies
- Experience working in Agile teams to manage digital transformation projects"
