Job Purpose
The job holder's responsibility is:
- To support Initiative Director to implement the Bank's strategic initiatives
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Collecting information, supporting work planning
- Support pilot preparation and implementation
- Support members of the Implementation Team in design, detailed planning, piloting and implementation
- Develop content for meetings related to the initiative (Steer Co, TECO)
- Update progress on tool/form provided by Monitoring Team
- Collect information to support reporting on progress and challenges/problems if any
- Coordinate with the Implementation Specialist, business units, support units to carry out the assigned tasks within the scope of the initiative such as: interviewing units to identify existing problems and find solutions. find the root cause to solve the problem
- Coordinating with the Transformation Communication Team on the content and form of communication initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or master/MBA
Working Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in banking and finance, preferably with project management/conversion experience
English requirement as prescribed by the Bank
