Job Purpose

The Job Holder: Coordinate IT division activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. IT Administration:
- Coordinate IT division activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Monitor và report of action plan or tasks at division level as assigned

2. Support IT operation management and Operatial risk:
Develop and implement IT governance và operation capabilities, including but not limited to:
- Financial Management: Be contact point to consolidate, finalize, and track the IT budget và spending. Corporate with IT units, FIN for cost optimization program, procurement plan and execution
- Vendor management: Establish a mechanism to monitor, review, and manage the IT service provider's capacity, performance, TvàC compliance. Be contact point to develop set of standards with vendor, e.g. IT contract, license agreement. Develop relationship và cooperation opportunity with IT strategic partners and potential partners

Key Accountabilities (3)

- Performance measurement: Work with other IT units to establish IT metrics and KPI. Track và provide periodically report and recommendation
- Change management: Implement IT change control process including planning for change, change impact analysis, change approval, change implementation and communication, and post change review và reporting
- IT internal audit: Implement audit jobs to ensure IT activities are executed in compliance with internal and external technology policies, processes and standards. Provide recommendation for common và high business impact issue

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Quanlification:
- University degree or higher, majoring in finance/economics/banking/business administration/technology/
- English language proficiency is the advanced level (can communicate in complex situation)
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in resource, finance, vendor or audit management
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement
