Job Purpose
We are seeking a proactive Temporary Change Management Specialist to join our IT Division for an 8-month period. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, coordination and reporting abilities, and good design skills. This role is crucial in supporting the division's transformation from processes to culture by organizing events, crafting internal communications, designing newsletters, and generating necessary reports.
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Support Change Initiatives: Assist in driving change within the IT Division by organizing division-wide events, activities, and trainings.
- Internal Communication: Write clear and concise internal communications to effectively convey directives and announcements across the division.
- Design Work: Create visually appealing newsletters and other communication materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track progress and impact of change initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute events that promote cultural and process changes within the division.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communication, Marketing, or other related field.
- 1-2 years experience in change management, internal communication, event organization, or HR culture roles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
- Coordination and organizational skills.
- Reporting and analytical skills.
- Strong writing and communication abilities.
- Ability to work proactively and in a dynamic team.
