Senior Manager, Insurance Advisory (40001470)
Job Purpose
'The job holder responsible for acting on behalf of Head of Insurance Advisory - RBG, manages the overall set of activities of assigned regions.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Managing sales indicators and business activities
- Develop annual business plan and Insurance KPI targets for Branches in the Regions
- Develop an annual network development plan for the regions in line with the market situation, rival banks and service needs in the area under management.
- Effectively manage/control the operating budget of the Regions according to the approved quota.
- Implement regional business plans, develop growth promotion plans. Periodically evaluate the performance, motivate and promote weak or special potential units.
- Ensuring the quality and efficiency of sales and service activities through the managed regions
- Ensure consistency in sales and service activities across the managed regions
- Design the reward mechanism for the regional sales team, with the advice of the business units
- Direct and supervise the coordination with business units to promote sales and service efficiency
- Facilitating the coordination between business units and regions for effective cross-selling
- Ensure information exchange, customer and market consultation to build value propositions, service models and specific product offerings for each segment.
- Responsible for working with local authorities (State agencies in the area; State Bank; Press agencies; television...)
- Developing Techcombank's brand in the assigned Area
Key Accountabilities (2)
2. Service Quality Management:
- Directly contact and interview customers about insurance service quality to receive opinions and build/consolidate service quality for the manage regions.
- Direct the implementation of programs to promote service quality improvement in the Regions, improve customer satisfaction.
3. Operational and compliance risk management
- Ensure that the activities of the Regions comply with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines, etc., service quality commitments (SLAs)
- Identify risks of the unit during operation, coordinate with related units to develop methods of measuring, assessing and minimizing risks
4. Building Corporate culture:
- Communicating core values, behavioral standards and emulation programs on the bank's cultural journey
- Implementing Techcombank's Cultural Journey emulation programs
- Implement activities to promote Corporate culture at the units
5. Perform other tasks as directed/assigned by Director, Insurance Advisory

- Communicate team and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to team members
- Manage team performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the team
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at sub- function level
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- At least 8 years experience within at least 4 years in management position, in Banking and related fields
Qualifications
- University graduate, majoring in Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Marketing/ business Administration
- Preferably Master degree and above
- English proficiency: TOEIC certificate or equivalent according to bank's requirement
