With the “HR excellent strategy”, Techcombank was highly appreciated with the leading welfare policies and remuneration in the HR market. According to the Judges, Techcombank’s brand attractiveness index was 1.5 times higher than Industry average with many indicators such as talent attraction reached 97.9%. Recruitment brand was the key-selling-point that made Techcombank stands out in the list of 550+ ranked enterprises, including: Excellent leadership, professional training program, compliance, integrity and excellent business results.
“Vietnam best places to work” is a prestigious annual survey that attracts hundreds of businesses and large corporations in Vietnam. This year, the survey is measured at 559 enterprises in 20 industries with the participation of more than 71,000 experienced employees. The results are based on 45 evaluation criteria related to: Compensation and Benefits, Development Opportunities, Culture and Company’s Core values, Board of Managements, Work-life balance and company’s reputation.
