TECHCOMBANK - THE PASSION-BURNING BANKS WITH YOUTH EVENTS
2019 has marked the appearance of Techcombank not only in recruitment events but also in contests, career talk for young people nationwide. As a judge and professional sponsor for the programs, Techcombank has brought a young, dynamic and close image to the students.
1. "YOU CAN" Event:
“You can” is an annual competition for all students in Hanoi city, organized by Life Skills Club - Academy of Finance, under the direct guidance of Youth Union and Student Association of Academy of Finance. With a 9-year history of organization, “You can 2019” is a useful playground for students in Hanoi and also an opportunity for students to connect with businesses and employers. The contest aims to find and honor students who have the qualifications and capabilities to meet the needs of human resources in today's integration era.
To participate in You Can 9 contest, students have to go through 3 rounds of competition including the preliminary round (from 22 to 26/8/2019); Midliminary round (from 28 to 31/8/2019) and final round night will be held on September 14, 2019 at the Academy of Finance.
Techcombank, as a professional sponsor, has participated in training more than 100 excellent candidates on personal finance management skills. At the final night, Ms. Nguyen Dinh Ha Linh - Techcombank Recruitment Strategy Director, as the competition jury board, gave contestants extremely close and useful comments to find and develop individuals who meet the criteria of new era human resources, while at the same time creating a prestigious bridge between students and employers. With intensive and practical challenges, candidates are objectively assessed on attitudes, knowledge and soft skills such as: teamwork, presentation, solving situations skill and practical interviews. Thereby maximizing the candidates' abilities, helping to raise awareness in life and career.
2. Talent Nurturing Scholarship Program
The "Talent Nurturing" Scholarship has been organized once a year by Smart Train since 2010 with the principle of creating opportunities for better and excellent students to soon access international certification as well as internships at professional multinational companies, helping students to succeed in auditing, finance, and accounting. Organized by Smart Train - ACCA Training Partner, the program offers 100% scholarships of ACCA tuition fees and internship opportunities at leading enterprises in the field of Accounting, Banking and Finance.
Techcombank is pleased to be a partner with the 2019 Talent Nurturing Scholarship Program. With a series of talk shows on Human Resources and Finance topics in the 4.0 era, Techcombank's financial experts and human resources management experts provided students with new perspectives on the current trend flow. In addition to participate as a speaker, Ms. Nguyen Dinh Ha Linh - Director of Recruitment Strategy of Techcombank also presented internships of Techcombank to excellent candidates at the contest.
3. The Economodel 2019 program:
Not only joining young people in academic and professional events, Techcombank is pleased to also accompany activities for students at universities. On an evening of November 6, 2019, the EconoModels 2019 program was held at HT700 at the Faculty of Economics. This is an annually cultural event for students of the Faculty of Economics, and at the same time welcomes new students CQ57 to the roof of the Faculty of Economics - Academy of Finance.
With the Economodel 2019, Techcombank also participates as a judge, mingling with students with impressive fashion shows. At the end of the contest, Ms. Nguyen Dinh Ha Linh - Techcombank Recruitment Strategy Director who is also the Contest Judge awarded the awards for outstanding performances to win First and Second Prize of the program.
4. UEH Career talk program:
As part of the series of professional sharing activities for young people, Career Talk at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of speakers from Techcombank brought many useful information as well as opportunities for the attractive career associated with Techcombank.
