Job Purpose

- The job holder is responsible for consulting, synthesizing and analyzing the requirements of the business units into data elements and data models.
- The job holder is responsible for designing the physical database model to meet the needs of data mining and optimize system performance during the operation process.

Key Accoutabilities (1)

Directly participate in projects with the role of analysis, consulting and design of physical and nonphysical data models

Key Accountabilities (2)

Implement data model implementation for data of Business Banking and Operations or other divisions.

Key Accountabilities (3)

Maintain and manage the designed data models, ensure that the addition of new data elements and data models do not affect the current architecture.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning,
Statistic, Data Science or other related technical disciplines

Working Experience
- Experience in designing and developing complex, high-quality big-data platforms serving analytical solutions
- Experience in Big-Data Architecture role with designing technology architectures, detailed workflows, best practices and governance guidelines are advantage
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, resource intensive, integrated and operational big-data and analytical solution; experience creating point of views, roadmaps, and process diagrams
- Hands-on experience working with open-source big-data/data-lake like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL KV/Columnar/Graph, ESB and analytical technologies like R/Python,
- Tensor Flow and BI tools like Tableau/Power BI; Cloud analytics platform experience is preferred
- Experience working in Agile teams in digital transformation projects
- Experience in Agile Software Development and having a strong understanding of Agile principles, practices and Scrum methodologies
